Healthy, sweet, and easy energy bites

Have you already tried this amazing, easy, yummy dessert? Energy bites!

It is the most simple thing in the world to make and it tastes delicious. No baking, no fuss, no mess. Well, a little bit of a mess if you’re as clumsy as me.

If you practice mindful eating and pay attention to your body and food, or just trying to eat more healthy, I believe this is a recipe for you.

You can change the ingredients to your liking. Play with the recipe and find your own version.

Chocolate Delight Bites

You will need:

1 cup of almonds
1 cup of hazels
2 spoons of (raw) cacao
2 spoons of orange juice
1/2 cup of some natural sweetener (I like to use agave or honey)

Toss all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend it all together. If you like, leave it a bit chunky and give your bites some texture. Roll the mixture into small balls.

I recommend a cup of Delicious Cacao with your Bites.
