How to download and open the Mindfulness Starter Kit?

Computers:
PC users: To download the file go to the top of this page, to the download link. Right-click the link and select “Save target as” or “Save link as”. Choose the location on your computer where you would like to save the file and select “Save”.

MAC users: To download the file go to the top of this page, to the download link. Press the Control (ctrl) key and click on the link and select “Download link to disk” or “Download linked file”. Choose the location on your computer where you would like to store the file.

You can open the EPUB file on your computer with a number of free programs for PC or Mac like the Adobe Digital Editions. To open the MOBI file on your computer you can use the free Amazon Kindle App for PC or Mac. You can open the PDF files with any PDF reader for PC or Mac such as the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Smartphones and tablets:
Smartphones and tablets often need a third party software to download and view files from the internet.
You can use a free application such as ePub Reader for Android or iOS for EPUB file, Amazon Kindle for Android or iOS for MOBI file or Adobe Acrobat Reader for Android or iOS for PDF file.

After installing the application, to download the file go to the top of this page, to the download link. Click the link and open the file. In the menu choose the option Copy to or Open with your installed application.

Ebook readers:
From your computer you can transfer and open the MOBI file with the Amazon Kindle reader or the EPUB file with most other eBook readers, like the B&N Nook and Kobo eReader.

How to enter text into the Gratitude Journal?

You can open and edit your Gratitude Journal with any PDF reader such as the free Adobe Acrobat Reader for PC or Mac which is also available for Android or iOS as a free application.

Open the Gratitude Journal and enter your text into the editable text fields. After you are finished with your entry, save the changes by going to the Menu Bar – File – Save.
