Everyday Presence is a gentle, 10-minute mindfulness meditation to help you return to yourself. No pressure, no fixing, just presence—wherever you are, exactly as you are.

Whether you’re new to mindfulness or simply need a moment to slow down, this practice is your invitation to pause.

How to Download the Mindfulness Meditation Audio

For Computers (Mac and PC):

  • Click the Download Button: This will either automatically start the download or take you to a new page with a download link.
  • Save the File:
    • On a PC, right-click the download link and select “Save link as.” Choose where to save the file on your computer, then click “Save.”
    • On a Mac, Ctrl-click the download link and select “Download Linked File As…” Choose where to save the file, then click “Save.”
  • Access the Audio: Once downloaded, go to the folder where you saved the file and double-click to play.

For Tablets and Phones (iOS and Android):

  • Tap the Download Button: This will open a new page or a pop-up prompting the download.
  • Download the Audio:
    • On iOS, tap “Download” and wait for the download to complete. Access the file via the Files app in your “Downloads” folder.
    • On Android, you may be asked to confirm the download. Tap “Yes.” Once downloaded, pull down the notification tray and tap on the downloaded file to play.
  • Listening to the Audio: The file should open in your default media player. If it doesn’t, navigate to the folder where it was downloaded and tap to open.

Tips:

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection before downloading.
  • If you face any issues, try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache before attempting the download again.
